Sales activity increased 1.4 per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA members reporting 945 transactions.
Over the week, house sales decreased 5.2 per cent, unit sales increased 10.3 per cent and vacant land sales increased 64.7 per cent.
There were 8,160 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 2.9 per cent less than the previous week.
A closer look at listing stock levels shows house listings decreased by 3.9 per cent, unit listings decreased 2.8 per cent, and listings for vacant land remained stable.
Last week's total figure is 3.6 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 2.1 per cent lower than a year ago.
REIWA members reported there were 1,905 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is stable compared with the previous week.
Last week's rental listings figure is 11.9 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 20.9 per cent lower than a year ago.
Leasing activity decreased 9.6 per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA members reporting 929 properties leased.
