I am a Business Development Manager with Rental Management Australia and have been with the company for over 13 years. As a business development manager, I work with owners to make sure the process of leasing their property is as easy as possible for them as it can be a daunting process. Myself and my colleges work well together as a team to ensure properties are maintained to optimum standard.
As you know, traditionally, Real Estate Agents direct most of their energy into selling properties rather than the management and health of a property. Rental Management Australia broke tradition and we invest all our time and energy on only managing rental properties.
