About Samuel Hedges
An accomplished, experienced, highly skilled Real Estate Practitioner who thrives on great customer service, with many very happy and long-term clients spread all over Perth. Since commencing his career in 2003, Sam has amassed an 85% plus repeat/ referred client base that has seen him sell in over 80+ different suburbs, while personally selling above 450+ properties.
Through business management he’s overseen more than 1,300 transactions to date. While leading a group of highly competent salespeople at the same time. Some of Sam’s previous roles include Licensee, Group Sales Manager, trainer, and mentor.
As Principal of Hedges Property Group, a Licensed Agent & Auctioneer Sam’s experience is compelling. Leading a group of highly experienced professionals further enhances HPG’s depth of talent.
With multiple REIWA awards to add to that sales success. Notably winning the REIWA Exceptional Sales Service Award 2016. Sam continues (2008 - 2020) to volunteer and support the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia by volunteering at “reiwa Information services” and is currently a “sales committee member “(2022- present).
