About Rosemary Hancock
Rosemary is an accredited Property Manager of 20 years, specializing in residential properties.
With a passion for real estate and a husband who is a Real Estate Sales Consultant, property management is a shared passion.
Rosemary enjoys the hands-on experience in assisting an owner in the preparation and on-going maintaining of a property for the rental market and more importantly, protect and increase the value of their investment over the coming years.
After years of specializing in residential property management, Rosemary was given the opportunity to work for the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) as their Public Enquiries Officer. This position involved advising tenants and landlords and mentoring property managers - a role she enjoyed greatly.
In June 2012, Rosemary was elected by her peers to serve on REIWA's Property Management Chapter. One of the major recent focuses of the Chapter has been to review from an industry perspective, the changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
Rosemary also achieved several awards for top leasing Property Manager with her previous employer.
