I've been in the real estate world for over 10 plus years and have seen a lot in that time.
From starting in the GFC times where you struggled to give them away, to the frantic market of 2014. What I've learnt over those years and experiences is, you need an agent that will guide and drive you and your property to find the best buyer, not the first buyer. But most importantly, you need someone that listens and gets your situation. People move at different times and for totally different reasons and being an agent that can adapt to those individual situations is where I come into your picture.
I understand that communication is paramount but above all, being honest is the most valuable asset.
