John Butler, Principal of Toodyay Real Estate, began his real estate career as a junior with the Webb family's Riverton Land and Estate and Kevin Sullivan & Associates - starting his own agency in 1981 at Mair and Co Burrendah. John was then appointed residential director of Mair and Co, growing that business to 36 offices. John then returned to his own agency practice and Applecross in 1990, before moving to the country in 1995. John now owns and runs Toodyay Real Estate and provides the best real estate knowledge in town with his 37 years of experience in the industry.
