With almost 30 years in property management, real estate has been the place where I have found purpose, connection, and genuine fulfilment. After a short start in retail, I stepped into real estate and immediately knew I had found the right path. I have always been driven by helping people, solving problems, and bringing clarity to stressful situations, and this industry has allowed me to do exactly that every day.
I am known for being direct, honest, and deeply committed to my clients. Communication is where I excel. I believe in telling the truth kindly, guiding people through complex issues, and addressing challenges early so everyone feels informed and supported. My clients trust me because they know I always put their interests first, and I will always work to find the most balanced and fair solution.
As a leader, I am hands on. I work closely with my team, lead by example, and stay involved in the day to day. I believe strong leadership is about being present, supportive, and consistent. I set high standards, and I help my team reach them by creating an environment where learning is normal, questions are encouraged, and growth is part of the culture. Watching people develop confidence and capability has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
I am proud that our team has been recognised as 3 x winners of the REIWA Award for Innovation, reflecting our commitment to challenging old models and finding better ways to serve our clients. I have also been honoured as a finalist for Operational Leadership, recognition that means a great deal as it represents the values I bring to my work every day — clarity, accountability, and care.
Relationship building has always been at the heart of my approach. I value the trust owners place in us, and I enjoy getting to know people, understanding their goals, and supporting them through every stage of their investment journey. No two days are the same in real estate, and that unpredictability is exactly what keeps me energised and inspired after three decades in the industry.
When I’m not in the office, my world is centred around my family. With 3 adult children, there is always something happening — laughter, conversations, challenges, milestones, and the daily realities of being a mum even when your children are grown.
My two dogs, Sherlock and Daisy, are a huge part of my life. They are part of my morning routine, my ocean walks, my quiet moments, and my resets when the week gets busy. The beach is my place to think, breathe, and recalibrate.
Walking along the coastline is where I plan, reflect, and find perspective. It’s also where I allow myself to slow down, something I’ve learned to value more deeply as I’ve become older. With my first grandchild on the way, I am entering a new chapter I’m incredibly excited to embrace.
