About Gianni Redolatti
In 2008, Gianni Redolatti joined SVN | Perth (then called Platinum Commercial) as co-director and shareholder, and was pivotal in the establishment of the residential division and then later, SVN | Perth, the parent company incorporating SVN | Commercial, SVN | Strata and Residentialist Real Estate.
Gianni’s roles within the Group range from overseeing sales and asset management to corporate governance and ongoing financial administration.
He has extensive experience in land selection, tender preparations, feasibility costs, negotiating acquisitions, managing and financing property development, conducting sales/leasing transactions, overseeing asset management, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry regulations.
Gianni holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.), a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a registered builder and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Building, the Institute of Engineers Australia and REIWA.
