About Doug Shaw
Started with Roy Weston real estate in 1987. Won numerous sales awards and opened my own office in 1990. I then ran an office until 1998 when I had a 3 year break and restarted real estate in 2001 as a franchisee. Continued managing, selling and training staff for the office until 2010. Won several awards again including 50 Million dollar sales and listing badges. Then went to work selling investment properties to investors, working out negative and positive gearing strategies and identifying suitable properties for them. In 2014 I was approached by Charles Tarbey, the owner of Century 21 Australasia to manage his Perth office. After that time I had another break from real estate and drove road trains throughout Western Australia. I'm now back in real estate and keen to enjoy it again
