About Chas Paridis
Chas is the licensee of Peard North Beach which is the branch office of Peard and Associates, located at the Hillarys Marina. This has been the number one Listing and Selling office in Western Australia for the last 6 years (REIWA Annual Awards 2016).
First registered as a Sales Representative in 1986 then as a Triennial Holder in 1989 he also moved into Auctioneering in 1992.
Having built two new homes and renovated numerous others from Hillarys to Scarborough, he has an in depth knowledge of this sought after area.
A long term committee member of the Scarborough Beach Association and also Past President, Chas has been on numerous City Of Stirling Committees including the Coastal Advisory Committee, Scarborough Environmental Area Strategy (SEAS),and the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships (AUSSIES).
Chas has specialised in the lower northern coastal strip for nearly 30 years and prides himself on a high standard of service, maintaining continual communication with his impressive list of satisfied clients, both past and present, many of whom have become personal friends.
