About Caleb McWaters
I grew up and have lived locally my whole life. It is where I went to school, where I work and where all my friends and family are.
I went to Wembley Downs Primary School, then to Hale School before studying a Commerce degree, majoring in Property Development and Valuation. Although, my education in real estate started at an early age where I would overhear and observe my parents working.
It wasn’t long before I found a real passion for the industry and joined the family business in January 2021. This allowed me to be exposed to all areas of the industry. Soon after joining, I completed my sales registration and entered the world of sales.
I am honest, motivated, and enthusiastic. You’ll feel reassured that I will always have your best interests at heart and go out of my way to do the right thing and provide my clients with the finest experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying very active; I play footy at Scarborough Football Club, I love a surf and a hit around the golf course. I’m also a big lover of food and I love exploring the new places popping-up around the area.
