Ben is a Real Estate Representative with Spraggon George Realty selling in the Northern suburbs in the areas he knows well and loves. He specialises in Hamersley and has sold more in the suburb than any other agent for the last five years running.
Ben grew up in Hamersley and now lives in the suburb and believes that local knowledge is key in being able to understand what both buyers and sellers are looking for. His love for the area is clear as soon as you meet him.
He was a popular and highly regarded teacher at Warwick Senior High School from 2006-2011 before moving into real estate, his previous career allowed him to develop excellent communication skills which are an extremely handy asset in the world of Real Estate. Ben is an extremely engaging individual with a zest for life which comes across the minute you meet him, exactly the sort of person you want to sell your home.
Ben is a passionate sportsman having been involved in several local sporting clubs and formally played with the Hamersley/Carine Football Club. Returning to live in the northern suburbs has allowed him to maintain his close ties with the local schools and stay actively involved in their sporting and academic programs.
