• The Auction will be held on-site at 9 am on January 22nd, 2022.
• The declared reserve is set so that is where the bidding will start. If there is only one bid at the reserve, the block will be sold on the day. Otherwise, it will go to the highest bidder. ($140,000)
• No lots will be sold prior.
• The balance of the lots will be released soon after the Auction.
• 10% deposit on the day and settlement 30 days later.
