“SO MUCH SPACE”

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street, the first thing you notice is just how much parking you have at the front of the home! It’s more space than a whole modern block and this is just the front driveway! So there is an instant appreciation for just how big a 1446m2 block really is.

The house itself is a neat and tidy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home which is a timber and iron construction with a wrap around verandah which helps give it that country appeal. Perfectly liveable as it is, but the option to upgrade over time.

Walking out the back of the home the first thing you notice is the below ground pool and the large powered shed, which you can access down the side of the house or via the rear laneway at the back of the property. The surprising part is you have the pool and shed and yet there is still ample yard at your disposal as well!

No neighbours at the rear add to the appeal and privacy, so as you can see, this property offers so much, so if space is what need then this could be the one!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
