THE CALM YOU DESERVE

Reasons To Call This Home
Imagine coming home to a sanctuary that feels more like a Margaret River retreat than a suburban address. Architecturally-designed and owner-inspired to blend beautifully with its natural surroundings, this stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-level residence spills effortlessly into the breathtaking backdrop of the spectacular “Class A” Star Swamp Bushland Reserve, where birdsong replaces traffic noise and scenic greenery stretches as far as the eye can see. Pin-code access to a secure front-yard-lawn area ensures peace of mind and also reveals a fabulous double-door entry verandah, wrapping around to the main pitched elevated side alfresco-entertaining space – headlined by mains-gas barbecue.

The forever bush outlook can also be embraced from the other side of the house, where a second tranquil pitched patio area can be found. Inside, warm textures, soaring lines and thoughtful design create a home that feels both grounded and luxurious — the kind of place where weekends linger longer and everyday life feels like a getaway. The front third bedroom is large in size and boasts triple built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and double-door verandah access. A huge second bedroom has a fan, double built-in robe and double-door garden access also, whilst two separate double linen presses grace the connecting hallway.

The powder room is separate from the stylish main bathroom that boasts a walk-in shower. The storage-laden laundry is also finished off with a stone counter top, alongside external access for drying and internal shopper’s entry via a massive three-car remote garage with a workshop area and rear roller door.

A giant open-plan kitchen and dining area sits adjacent to the soaring cathedral-style high ceilings of the family room that pleasantly faces north, has a gas bayonet and plays host to a two-way wood-burner fireplace with a striking stone feature wall. The classy kitchen itself comprises of stone bench tops, a Smeg dishwasher, Ilve cooking appliances and its own slice of the mesmerising vista at hand. Off here, double doors access a spacious theatre room and separate study (or potential fourth bedroom) that both have ceiling fans, along with a generous master retreat. The latter features a walk-in robe with a safe, garden access and an intimate ensuite with twin stone vanities.

Step outside and wander through the bushland beyond your own private rear gate or stroll just moments to the pristine sandy shoreline for sunrise swims, sunset walks and salt-kissed sea breezes on demand. This is not just a place to live — it’s a lifestyle escape, a nature retreat and a coastal haven all wrapped into one unforgettable locale.

The details
Extras include commercial-grade E-glass doors and windows, openable high windows for cross-flow ventilation, sliding-stacker alfresco doors, an alarm system, CCTV, an instantaneous gas hot-water system, bore reticulation, a garden shed, fruit trees and a herb and vegetable garden. The spacious backyard-lawn area leaves more than enough room for a future swimming pool, too.

Beach and bush aside, only metres separate your front door from the vibrant Flora Terrace strip just one street back – home to some of the west
coast’s best cafes and restaurants. The local dog beach, North Beach Shopping Centre and its fantastic new Froth brewery, lush local parklands, excellent schools and public-transport options are also nearby, whilst a short commute to Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Hillarys Boat Harbour and golf courses is a bonus. What a setting.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
