SIZE AND SPACE

The perfect place to call home with some modern benefits but in a central location. Unique to find a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a solid 758m2 of land in the centre of town, so walking distance to everything Pinjarra has to offer including the Murray River and Exchange Hotel.

The home has a surprising amount of living space which becomes evident from the moment you walk in the front door. From there the standout is the kitchen which has had a full renovation, so with some minor cosmetic finishings, the home offers so much. The double carport with the electric door flows through with drive thru access to the backyard which has ample extra under cover parking and plenty of room for a big shed! Don’t need the parking, not a problem, it also serves a huge, raised patio as your entertaining area as well! Roller shutters across the front, solar panels on the roof, just to further add to the appeal.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
