WHERE FAMILY LIVING MEETS AN INCREDIBLE COASTAL LIFESTYLE... AND THERE'S AN INVESTMENT UPSIDE

A short stroll from the shoreline, sheltered by trees and perched proudly on the high side of the street — 38 Chrysostom Street is a rare find.

Charming coastal character homes in an area so sought after don’t come along often. With polished jarrah floors, soaring ceilings, and light-filled interiors framed by tranquil gardens, the unique residence blends rustic warmth with modern luxury exceptionally well. It feels like an idyllic Margaret River getaway - yet some of Perth’s most popular beaches are just moments away. The Details:

• 3 generously sized bedrooms with built-ins and leafy views
• 4 internal living and dining areas flooded in natural light, in fact there is so much space a new room, perhaps study or 4th bedroom could easily fit
• Two bathrooms (one with a stunning modern update)
• Study zone
• Timber-framed glass doors that connect the inside and outside

Already blessed with gorgeous easterly views (city fireworks are regular viewing here), the prospect of a double storey home unlocks something truly special - panoramic vistas across Charles Riley Reserve and coastal bushland to Karrinyup shopping centre. This property is the perfect place to plan your dream coastal residence overlooking the treetops.

A Lifestyle That’s Hard to Replicate

The Investment Potential
This home not only delivers a dream coastal lifestyle, it also holds exciting development potential. Subdivision, whilst retaining the existing home) could create an entirely new green-titled block “36 Chrysostom”. A profitable opportunity subject to approvals. Your new neighbour at number 34 is open to exploring this option.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
