Spacious Family Living with Panoramic Estuary Outlook

Set in an elevated position in a highly sought-after location, this expansive two-storey home captures sweeping views across the estuary and the sparkling Bunbury lights - a rare combination of outlook, space and lifestyle.

Step through the front doors into a sunken formal lounge and dining area, creating an inviting space for entertaining while enjoying the home's elevated perspective. From here, the layout flows through to the open-plan kitchen, meals and family zone, perfectly positioned to overlook the patio and tranquil water views beyond.

The kitchen forms the heart of the home, allowing you to cook, gather and stay connected while taking in the stunning outlook.

Downstairs offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master suite at the front of the home complete with a split-system air conditioner for year-round comfort. This level is ideal for established families or multi-generational living where ground-floor accommodation is essential.

Upstairs, a private retreat provides exceptional separation and breathtaking elevated views stretching across the estuary to the Bunbury skyline. Complete with its own bathroom, large walk-in robe and living space, this level works beautifully as a second master suite, guest accommodation or a parents' sanctuary. A small study with a built-in desk - or storeroom - adds practicality for working from home or additional storage. Step out onto the balcony and unwind as the evening lights reflect across the water.

Outside, tiered retaining creates usable garden spaces down the block, while paving and an enclosed sitting area off the main living provide comfortable outdoor entertaining throughout the seasons.

Additional features include a double garage with rear access to the backyard, solar panels, several split-system air conditioners and multiple vantage points to enjoy the scenery - from the upstairs bedroom, living area and balcony to the kitchen, family room and formal dining below.

A rare opportunity to secure a substantial home in a premium location, designed to accommodate extended families while showcasing some of the area's most impressive estuary views.
