What we love...

It has space, it has flexibility, and it has endless options.

A completely refreshed 1960s brick home set on a generous 692sqm block. Which is a perfect melting pot of charm as well as land bank and future potential.

A compact floor plan internally with a certain coziness that feels like a warm hug. A gorgeous renovation that effortlessly blends the old-world charm with modern functionality.

While outside, the potions are endless with room for expansion, extension or even a pool.

And the real standout feature? A separate, fully detached studio/home office/parents' retreat with direct side access from the front yard, which is an ideal space for working from home, running a small business, or providing extra privacy for teenagers or guests.

With R20/R50 zoning, this property also offers the opportunity for future subdivision (subject to council approval), making it an ideal long-term investment.

Just sit, enjoy and wait.

Part of the Lockridge land became Pyrton Estate which the government developed for soldier settlement in the 1920's. The residential development in Lockridge was commenced by the State Housing Commission in 1969 when it purchased 240 acres for the purpose.
