Established acreage and ready to build.

One of a rare-few available landholdings left in the highly regarded lifestyle area of Dandalup Springs Estate, this 2.65-acre lifestyle parcel is primed and prepared for the next, final chapter-your dream home.

Beautifully landscaped and carefully developed over time, the setting here is exceptional. A long, sweeping Tipuana-lined driveway leads you through a canopy of mature trees, while a natural privacy screen buffers the boundary and welcomes you into the rural lifestyle paradise beyond.

Premium land, exceptional setup:
Level, extensively lawned, fully bore reticulated, and securely fenced-the land is a showpiece in itself. An abundance of established greenery includes a plethora of productive fruit trees, flowering frangipanis, and flourishing grapevines, thoughtfully positioned across a parkland-cleared layout that's usable, lush, and loaded with potential.

Clever planning ensures the future potential building envelope is generously proportioned and ideally located-ready for your future home to rise without delay or disruption. With all services in place including scheme water, NBN and 3-phase power and the big-ticket infrastructure complete, the hard work has already been done.

Shed to impress:
A substantial 300sqm powered shed offers a serious advantage. Constructed with a 200sqm insulated workshop and an additional 100sqm of lean-to space, there's room for large vehicles, storage, projects, or even short-term use while planning your residence.
An extra-wide, high-clearance roller door provides seamless access via a sealed driveway, built to accommodate caravans, boats, or even motorhomes with ease. There's also a bathroom in place and room to adapt if needed.

All the work is done:
Rarely does a block present so completely prepared-extensive earthworks, quality fencing, thoughtful planting and a workshop worthy to impress. The land is ready for livestock or hobby farming pursuits, and there's ample space for paddocks, gardens or additional outbuildings should you desire.

Set in the peaceful surrounds of North Dandalup -15 minutes from both Mandurah and Pinjarra-you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the space and serenity of rural living with the convenience of coastal and urban amenities nearby.

North Dandalup overview

The townsite of North Dandalup is located in the south west, 71 km south of Perth and 16 km north east of Pinjarra. It is located adjacent to the North Dandalup River, from which it derives its name. Dandalup is an Aboriginal name, having been shown on maps of the area since 1835. The meaning of the name is not known.

The townsite is situated on the South Western Railway, and North Dandalup was included as a stopping place in timetables of 1894. Land around the siding was privately owned and subdivided, but a schoolsite was set aside in 1899, and a hall and recreation ground in 1915. In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
