So admittedly this is a bit of a bachelors pad but look past the unmade bed and the dishes in the sink and you will see a property with a new roof! that has had the asbestos removed and the exterior replaced with a swanky new corrugated iron makeover, seriously sometimes you just have to look past the surfboards and see the potential.
Things you should know:
The formal lounge at the front of the home boasts new split-system A/C, ceiling fan and glass sliding doors to separate it from the dining area.
With a recently renovated kitchen the dishwasher, induction cooktop and oven have modernised this generous space and the A/C makes cooking a dream, with a walk in pantry situated off the kitchen offering loads of storage.
The 3 bedrooms are also a generous size with built-in robes, ceiling fans and split system A/C in each room.
The bathroom has enjoyed a birthday as well and is a surprisingly bright and enjoyable space.
The laundry also homes a second toilet so there are 2 in total (winning)
The deck/BBQ area entertaining zone is situated to the West of the home and offers a great outlook of the neighbourhood and includes some water views.
There is a 4th bedroom/office/gym under the deck that is just a bonus space perfect for the teenager or activity/games room.
With a land area of 1068sqm this is a huge block and the original asbestos shed still stands the test of time. The R30 zoning means there is lot’s of room for future development or just kick back and enjoy the big backyard.

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
