SOLD...SOLD...SOLD!

Expression of Interest .
From the outside, 13 Meuller Way, Thornlie seems like a decent home, but what’s inside, in part of it, will shock you. If you are brave enough and able to turn a lemon into lemonade, then this four-bedrooms one bathroom house is for you.
The place has got cluttering everywhere; Electrical and gas connection need attention. Shower recess cracked and wall and ceiling paints are either stained, damaged or having water penetration. No window treatments to appeal but security screens can be easily observed.
the home will be sold “as is”, meaning There’s no warranty on anything even the extension. everything seen inside, including any contents of the home with any abandoned possessions littering the inside and the backyards of the house will be going with it, if not removed prior.
The house certainly isn’t ready for someone to move into or even to view it, but if you want to view it, be warned to expect the worse. It’s probably the “worst-presented home” I have put to market in my Real Estate Career of more than a quarter of a century and I can’t SUGARCOAT it.
