What to love
Your Search for the Perfect Investment Property Ends Here
Imagine owning a fully leased investment property that delivers consistent returns while you sleep. Welcome to this exceptional 7-unit complex spread across three consolidated lots at 6, 8 and 10 McRae Street - a rare opportunity that combines immediate cash flow with long-term capital growth potential.

This isn't just another investment property - it's a business relationship that works. With a reliable corporate tenant about to enter their fourth year of occupancy in 2026, you're acquiring more than bricks and mortar; you're securing a proven income stream of $3,360 per week. That's $174,720 flowing into your account annually, with the stability and peace of mind that comes from a tenant who values quality accommodation and pays on time, every time.

The vendor has done the heavy lifting for you. Major capital improvements completed in recent years mean you can hit the ground running without the headache of immediate maintenance concerns. From the brand-new roof installed in 2025 to the comprehensive 2021 makeover that transformed every unit, this complex presents exceptionally well and requires minimal ongoing investment. It's the kind of property that keeps tenants happy and landlords even happier.

Forget about strata committees, rising body corporate fees and waiting for other owners to approve necessary upgrades. You own the entire 2,090m² complex outright across three residential lots, giving you complete control over your investment. Make decisions quickly, implement improvements on your timeline and watch your equity grow without the typical constraints of strata-titled properties.

While this property delivers today, its future potential is equally compelling. The vendor has thoughtfully prepared plans for additional parking bays complete with storage rooms and a dedicated bin area - improvements that could command higher rents or attract quality tenants for years to come. With multiple water outlets strategically positioned throughout the complex, you have the perfect canvas to create beautiful garden spaces that will elevate the entire property's appeal and value.

If you're building a portfolio and seeking a hands-off investment that actually works, this property ticks every box. Strong tenant, solid returns, recent upgrades, and genuine growth potential - all wrapped up in one impressive package.

Wickham overview

Wickham is a townsite in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, located 1572 kilometres north of Perth and 13 kilometres north of Roebourne. The town was announced in 1970 to provide housing and support facilities for the Cliffs Western Australia Mining Company Pty Ltd developments at the nearby port of Cape Lambert. It was gazetted in 1971.

Wickham is named after John Clements Wickham RN, of HMS "Beagle". The choice of name recognises Wickham's work in surveying the intertropical coasts of Australia from 1838 to 1840, including the north west coast in the vicinity of Wickham. Wickham was born in Scotland in 1798, and joined the Royal Navy as a midshipman in 1812. From 1831 to 1836 he sailed on the Beagle's voyage around the world as second in charge under Captain Robert FitzRoy. Wickham was then appointed commander of the expedition to survey the coast of Australia on the "Beagle", with John Lort Stokes his second in charge. Wickham later settled in Australia, and died in France in 1864.
